Multi Trader - Social Housing - Van & Fuel Card Provided -Long term temp contract until April 2025

Teddington, Twickenham, Kingston, Hampton

The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out maintenance work in the Social Housing sector.

Main duties include:
Versatile Repairs and Maintenance: Skilled in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and painting, performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.

Customer Service and Documentation: Ensuring high levels of customer care, aiming for first-time fixes, and accurately completing necessary paperwork.

Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and using personal protective equipment

Experience Needed:
Social Housing experience
UK driving license
Own Tools Needed

What you get:
£25 Per hour (Experience Dependent)
Company Van & Fuel Card Supplied
Temp to perm offered
