Job Description - Multi Trade Operative

We are looking for a Multi trade to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector. This position is working on planned works and reactive repairs, The Multi trade will receive company van, fuel card, £22 per hr plus the opportunity to gain a permanent position for £38,000 per annum.

Some benefits the Multi trade will receive:
  • £22 per hour
  • Temp to perm position (£38,000 + benefits package)
  • Your own company vehicle and fuel card
  • Full uniform and safety equipment is provided
  • As a Multi trade you will be responsible for:
  • Full installations of kitchens
  • Full installations of bathrooms
  • Reactive Repairs
  • Ensuring tenants are happy
  • The successful Multi trade will have:
  • 2 or more trade skills
  • Full current driving license
  • Own hand tools
  • The experience required for the Multi trade role:
  • Be able to competently complete basic plumbing and carpentry repairs
  • Domestic or social housing experience
