Job Description - Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well established contractor within the social housing sector in and around Portsmouth, Southampton and Guildford area. This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent.

Benefits the Multi Trade Operative will receive:
  • Temporary rate: £22 per hour
  • Permanent salary: £33,500 per annum
  • Provided van and fuel card from day one
  • Plus, additional benefits once permanent

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be responsible for:
  • Carrying out repairs, planned maintenance, and void property
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Patch plastering

The successful Multi Trade Operative will have:
  • Previous experience in social housing maintenance
  • Qualified plasterer, or minimum of 5 years' experience in plastering
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence
  • Able to pass a DBS check
