Job Description - Multi Trade Operative

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector, travelling within Swindon and Devizes. This role involves working on reactive repairs and void properties.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:

£22 per hr (temp to perm)
Company van and fuel card
Salary up to 37k when permanent

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

Working on void and repairs properties
Working for a social housing contractor

As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need:

Social housing experience
Carpentry skills
Good painting and decorating skills
Patch plastering skills
Full licence (no more than 6 points)
Own tools
