Multi Trade Operative - Carpentry, Roofing, Groundworks, Plastering

• Annual Salary: £14.62- £15.85 per hour

• Job Type: Full-time (37 hours per week), Temporary with potential to go permanent after 13 weeks

• Utilise a council-provided vehicle, equipped with essential building materials.
• Receive your daily job allocations through a work mobile phone provided by the Works Planning team.
• Travel across the city to carry out maintenance tasks in carpentry, plastering, roofing, and ground working.
• Finish your workday by 4pm from Monday to Thursday and by 3:30pm on Friday, allowing you ample time for personal activities.
• Occasionally work overtime during evenings and weekends, with plenty of notice provided.

• Full valid driving licence is essential.
• Proven experience in the carpentry, plastering, roofing, or ground working industries.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with city residents.
