Job Title: Multi Trade Operative – Carpenter

Are you a skilled Multi Trade professional with a focus on carpentry, looking to make a real difference in your local community? We are currently seeking a confident, self-motivated, and versatile individual to join our Housing Operations team as a Multi Trade Operative – Carpenter.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a wide range of carpentry works in occupied and void residential properties.
Undertake small works across other trade disciplines (e.g., plumbing, tiling, painting) as required.
Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and other stakeholders.
Deliver high standards of property maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and council policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in carpentry, ideally with skills in UPVC installation and general property maintenance.
A practical understanding of the construction or housing maintenance environment.
Ability to manage your own workload and multi-task across trade disciplines.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
A full UK driving licence is desirable.
