Job Title: Multi Trader - Social Housing

Location: Southampton/Winchester/M3 Corridoor

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: £22.00ph paid weekly via umbrella - No CIS/LTD

Duration: Ongoing Contract - Long Term/Temp to Perm

Duties: The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines

Notes: Candidates must be available within 1-2 weeks. Will need full UK Drivers license with no more than 3pts, van provided. Candidates will be subject to a basic DBS check prior to starting. Candidates must be able to supply their own tools
