Multi Trader - Social Housing Projects
Location: Grays, Essex
Rate: Competitive | 40 hours per week + potential overtime
Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks temp with potential for permanent role)

We’re currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team on a long-term Social Housing project based in Grays, covering a radius of up to 10 miles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stable, ongoing work with the potential to move into a permanent role after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Carpentry, Plastering, Basic Plumbing, and Kitchen/Bathroom Fitting

• Work across occupied and void properties

• Travel to various sites within a 10-mile radius of Grays

• Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail and customer care

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Multi Trade role (especially in Social Housing)

• Skilled in Carpentry, Plastering, Basic Plumbing, Kitchen and Bathroom installations

• Own tools and transport are essential

• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites
