Location: North/North East London - Areas include Bow, Highbury & Islington, Tottenham, Romford, Chigwell, Barking & Dagenham. Works will be allocated as close to home as possible

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (40hrs per week)

Pay: £24.24ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duration: Ongoing Contract - Long Term

Notes: Candidates must be available within 1-2 weeks. Will need full UK Drivers license with no more than 3pts, van provided. Candidates will be subject to a basic DBS check prior to starting. Candidates must be able to supply their own tools

Duties

The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines
