Are you an experienced Carpenter looking for a rewarding, full-time role? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team on a 4-month fixed-term contract, focusing on maintenance repairs within occupied social housing properties across St Albans.

About the Role:

You'll be crucial in delivering top-quality service, performing both responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties. This varied role involves a wide range of trade repairs and maintenance, including:

• Carpentry: Your core skill, covering all aspects of repair and fitting.
• Minor Plumbing: Addressing common plumbing issues.
• Joinery: From repairs to installations.
• Tiling: Ensuring a neat and professional finish.
• Kitchen & Bathroom Fitting: Undertaking installations and refurbishments.

You'll manage your assigned tasks efficiently and safely using a handheld device (full training provided), ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards and provides an excellent customer experience.
