Job Title: Multi Skilled Electrical Supervisor
Pay: £30 an hour
5 Weeks

4 on 4 off, day & nights

Location - London

Main Duties include:

• Team Leadership & Training: Directs and manages a team of electricians, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met. Provides training, technical guidance, and fosters ongoing skill development and knowledge sharing.

• Project Oversight & Collaboration: Oversees electrical components of projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion. Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and project alignment.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Handles routine and reactive electrical maintenance and repairs. Diagnoses and resolves electrical issues while maintaining detailed records of inspections, testing, and fault findings.

• Safety & Process Improvement: Ensures adherence to electrical safety regulations and procedures. Identifies areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• 18th Edition / NVQ L3
• 8 years experience fully qualified
