Multi-Skilled Labourer

Our client is looking for an experienced multi-trader for a long-term contract within the North East. The client is based in County Durham and the work is throughout the North East.

Job description:

• Follow gas engineers after work on boiler installation
• Perform a wide range of construction tasks across different trades, such as carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and more.
• Use your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
• Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Void and occupied properties

Personal Specification:

• Must hold a valid CSCS card
• Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
• Previous labouring and multi trader experience.
• Manual handling
• Working at Heights
• Asbestos Awareness
• Clean DBS
