Multiskilled Maintenance Operative/Caretaker

A student accommodation provider is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Operative to support them with some general repair works for a short term temporary basis (2/3 weeks) while the students are away over summer.
Start date: 1st September
End date: 16th September
Rates:

• £14ph plus holiday pay (£15.69ph PAYE premium)
• £17.50ph Umbrella
• (NO CIS)

Repairs work to fixtures and fittings, toilet flushes, taps, lightbulbs, oven switches, sockets, radiator valves, door handles, cupboard doors etc
Paid 7 hours per day for approximately 12 days.
8:30-4 Monday to Friday
No specific qualifications required but must have relevant experience. (Quals a bonus).
