Vacancies: 5 positions available (temp-to-perm)

Salary: £42,838 per annum (inclusive of £4,000 Local Job Supplement and £2,000 Market Supplement)

We are looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Plumbers to join our client's team throughout London, delivering responsive repairs, including plumbing and general multi-skilled tasks. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent position working 39 hours per week, with an out-of-hours callout rota paid at £525 per week.

About the Role

• Ensure homes are safe, warm, and well-maintained
• Provide outstanding customer service and complete essential repairs
• Cover Kensington, Chelsea, and surrounding areas
• Candidates must be within commutable distance to these locations

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 NVQ (City & Guilds) in a relevant trade
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to carry out plumbing, tiling, plastering, mould treatment, and flooring tasks
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work safely, following environmental and health & safety regulations
• Experience in social housing or property maintenance is desirable
