Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Promote inclusion and creativity in the classroom
- Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, responding to their individual needs
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and adapting materials for pupils with SEN
- Encourage creative learning through Music, Drama, Art, Sport, or Creative Writing

What We’re Looking For:

- A 2:2 or above in a relevant degree (e.g. Music, Drama, Sports, Art, Creative Writing, Psychology)
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- A passion for education and creativity
- Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
