Reed Education is seeking a dynamic Clarinet Teacher to join a secondary school in Lancaster on a long-term basis starting in September. This role is ideal for someone with a strong knowledge of the curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to creating an engaging learning environment.

• Delivering high-quality Clarinet lessons to students, ensuring engagement and effective learning.
• Planning and preparing lessons to cater to the needs of all students.
• Managing the classroom effectively to foster a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Assessing and recording students' progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their musical skills.

• Experience in Teaching the Clarinet.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, commitment, and professionalism.
• Must be patient, punctual, and confident when working with children.
• Must demonstrate qualities of compassion, trustworthiness, politeness, and good listening skills.
