Are you a creative soul with a love for nature and a passion for sharing your skills with others?

We're looking for an inspiring Nature Crafts Tutor to launch and lead an exciting new Learning for Leisure course for adult learners in Reading and across Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a brand-new program that blends hands-on creativity with an appreciation for the natural world.

About the Role:

You'll design and deliver engaging, practical workshops that explore craft-making using natural materials. The course will run weekly for 2 hours during the day or evening over a 12-week period, beginning in September. Sessions will primarily take place at the college, with opportunities to teach in community venues throughout Berkshire.

This role is ideal for someone who is either an experienced tutor or a skilled craftsperson with the confidence to engage adult learners in a relaxed, creative setting.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for nature-inspired arts and crafts
• Confidence in delivering creative workshops to groups of adult learners
• Extensive knowledge or hands-on experience in nature crafts
• A teaching qualification or prior experience in educational settings such as Adult Education, youth clubs, schools, or creative workshops is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with learners of all backgrounds
