Neighbourhood Assistant

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Neighbourhood Assistant for a housing association based in Merseyside. The role is an initial 3 month interim contract and paying £17 - £20 per hour via umbrella agency

The role:

• Be the first point of contact for any housing related queries
• Support the delivery of housing and compliance services, including building and estates maintenance
• Provide additional support to tenants when required to help sustain tenancies
• Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments

The person:

• Experience of working within social housing
• Good understanding of rent processes
• Able to deal with difficult customer queries/complaints and diffuse situations
• Excellent communication skills
