Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of residents? We're looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional housing management services.

As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you'll be the go-to person for residents in your designated patch (approx. 500-600 homes), ensuring they receive a reliable, consistent, and high-quality service. You'll build trust, drive improvements, and be the voice of the residents within the organisation.

? Support the Housing Management team to deliver outstanding services
? Build strong relationships with residents and act as their key contact
? Tackle issues such as ASB, tenancy concerns, and property management
? Ensure residents have safe, well-maintained homes
? Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve challenges
? Represent residents' interests at forums and committees

? Strong relationship-building and communication skills
? A problem solver with determination and a can-do attitude
? Ability to challenge and push boundaries to achieve the best results
? Excellent time management and ability to handle complex workloads
? Experience in housing management or a similar field
? Ability to drive with access to a vehicle for work
