Neighbourhood Officer

We are excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for three Neighbourhood Officer positions on a temporary basis. These roles are critical in covering long-term sick leave and are essential to maintaining our high standards of neighbourhood management.

Position Details:

Locations: 1x Reading, 1x Bedford and 1x Oxford
Duration: 3 months
Working Hours: Part-time, 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £27 per hour (Umbrella)

Role Overview: Neighbourhood Managers will be primarily responsible for:

Conducting estate inspections Performing fire door inspections and fire risk assessments Addressing issues related to overdue and capped gas Assisting with various neighbourhood management tasks as needed

Key Requirements:

Some experience in neighbourhood or estate management is required, although training will be provided. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Use of a car is essential

Additional Opportunities: Candidates who have experience with Housing Smart CRM, NEC for rents, or have previously worked with Peabody Housing may be considered for full-time hours.
