Join our team as a Neighbourhood Officer and play a crucial role in delivering a proactive, reassuring, and customer-focused tenancy and estate management service. This key front-line position is integral to enhancing the quality of life for our customers and the communities we manage.

• Deliver a highly visible, effective, and proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management service.
• Address and escalate breaches of tenancy regulations, including Anti-Social Behaviour, using appropriate interventions.
• Manage void properties and collaborate with partners to ensure prompt letting.
• Conduct welcome visits for new tenants, providing support and advice.
• Identify customer vulnerabilities and safeguarding concerns, completing necessary assessments and checklists.

• NVQ Level 3 / BTEC National Certificate or equivalent, or relevant experience/transferable skills.
• Experience in a Repairs Service environment and customer-focused service delivery.
• Proficiency in computerised work scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of operational procedures for repair and maintenance services.
• Analytical skills for assessing service delivery issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and Equality & Diversity.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
• Positive attitude towards personal development and team working.
