Neighbourhood Response Officer – Stevenage

Salary: £33,591 to £39,016 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed Term – 6 months

Our client is seeking a confident, customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join their team in Stevenage, covering Hertfordshire. You'll ensure estates are desirable places to live, support vulnerable customers, and prevent anti-social behaviour.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams, agencies, and residents to maintain clean, safe neighbourhoods.
• Conduct regular estate inspections, identify improvements, and investigate tenancy breaches.
• Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and community activities.
