Job Description - Netsuite Consultant

Contract Type: 3-Month Interim Contract (with opportunity to extend)
Reports To: Finance Director / Head of Finance

Overview:

A high-growth real estate organisation is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to review, optimise, and enhance its existing NetSuite environment. This is a post-implementation role focused on identifying current issues, implementing solutions, and coaching the finance team to work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive review of current NetSuite setup, processes, and configurations.
Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement in finance workflows.
Deliver quick wins and longer-term process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Provide hands-on support and training to finance staff, ensuring better system adoption.
Act as a liaison between finance and IT, aligning NetSuite to business needs.
Develop and document best practice guidelines for continued optimisation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant or in a similar post-implementation optimisation role.
Strong finance background; ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent preferred.
Demonstrated track record of improving finance team efficiency and system usage.
Excellent communication and coaching skills, able to upskill teams at varying proficiency levels.
Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver quick results.
