Netsuite Project Manager

Cedar are recruiting a Netsuite Project Manager position to join a portfolio business for 6 months on a daily rate basis. The role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working.

As a Netsuite Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Netsuite ERP projects. This role requires a combination of excellent project management skills and in-depth financial knowledge (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure the ERP system aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Netsuite ERP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Liaise with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the ERP system supports business operations.
• Provide financial insights and ensure the configuration of Netsuite aligns with accounting processes, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Manage the project team, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, time lines, and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure post-implementation support and ensure systems are optimised for ongoing business needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing Netsuite ERP projects, preferably within a finance-related context
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes and systems
• Ideally with FMCG or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure
• Experience in system integration and data migration within ERP implementations
