Job Title: Network Analyst
Client: Global engineering & manufacturing company
Location: Peterborough
Hourly Rate: £33.03 PAYE or £43.38 Umbrella
Duration: 12 months
Working arrangements: Monday - Friday - full-time onsite

About the Role:

This position is for a Network analyst and support engineer. Primarily providing remote network support services to facilities in Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EAME) and globally when required.
The EAME Network services team provide LAN/WLAN/WAN incident and project support to all facilities in EAME.
The position will report to the EAME Network services supervisor, based in the UK.
The successful candidate will primarily be providing level 2/3 Network helpdesk support, to EAME based facilities, including Factories, offices, and warehouses.

Key Skills:

3 years’ experience of Cisco network technologies
Cisco CCNA (minimum) or above
CISCO 3850, 9300 and 9500 knowledge mandatory
CISCO 9800 controllers experience highly desirable
Secondary language beneficial
ServiceNow beneficial
