An opportunity has arisen to join the customer service team behind one of the most ambitious residential developments in London. With thousands of homes already delivered and many more underway, this is a rare chance to be part of a long-term, design-led regeneration project on the banks of the Thames.

We are looking for an Aftercare Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for residents during their warranty period. You will liaise with contractors, track and manage defect resolutions, and ensure customers are supported with clear, timely communication throughout.

• Previous experience in property, construction, customer care or defects coordination is beneficial.
