• Welcoming and guiding potential buyers through the sales journey with exceptional customer service

• Conducting engaging show home viewings and property presentations

• Managing enquiries, following up leads, and supporting customers from reservation to completion

• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets

• Keeping up-to-date with all aspects of the development to confidently discuss features and benefits

• Working weekends as part of a rota to support customer availability

• Experience in sales - ideally from new homes, luxury retail, cabin crew, or similar high-end, customer-focused roles

• A proactive, friendly and professional approach

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for helping clients find their dream home

• Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis
