At deverellsmith, we're working with a renowned housebuilder known for delivering beautifully crafted, high-specification homes in some of the UK's most desirable locations. With consistent demand across South Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, we're on the lookout for polished, service-driven professionals who can step in to support with weekend cover, ad hoc shifts, and ongoing temporary placements.

What can you expect?
You'll be based on a premium development, offering exceptional customer service to potential buyers. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in a beautifully curated environment and be the face of a brand that puts customer experience, attention to detail, and architectural excellence at the forefront.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors

• Managing enquiries via telephone, email, and property portals

• Conducting engaging show home tours and viewings

• Supporting the Sales team with general front-of-house and administrative tasks

• Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes are always immaculate

• Assisting with handovers and home demonstrations where needed

What we're looking for:

• Previous New Homes or property sales experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A polished, well-presented individual with a proactive attitude

• Confidence liaising with high-net-worth clients

• Availability for weekend and flexible shifts

• Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
