Temporary New Homes Sales Coodinator | £30k Equivalent | Ealing | Immediate Start

We're working with a leading property developer based in Ealing who are looking for a Temporary New Homes Sales Coordinator to join their head office team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident on the phone, enthusiastic about property, and keen to gain or build on experience within the new homes sector. You'll be contacting warm leads from the database, handling enquiries, and booking viewings - playing a key support role for the sales team during a busy period.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3-4 weeks (potential to extend or go permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay: Equivalent to £30,000 per annum (paid as a day rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling through warm new homes enquiries

• Booking viewings and following up with potential buyers

• Supporting the wider sales team with lead generation and admin

What We're Looking For:

• A confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls

• Previous experience in property or new homes is beneficial but not essential

• Proactive, organised, and happy to get stuck in from day one
