Job Description - New Homes Sales Executive - North

New Homes Sales Executive
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (Temporary)
  • Location: Islington Wharf, Old Mill Street, Manchester
  • Salary: £17.35 with a commission opportunity of 35%
  • Working Days: Thursday to Monday (10am to 5:30pm)

We are seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to join our team on a temporary basis for 12 months. This role is crucial in supporting our existing sales functions across multiple tenures and sites. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our overall sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Responsible for frontline sales performance across various products including Shared Ownership and Private Sales.
  • Deliver sales performance to meet individual targets, ensuring reservations are achieved from plan and stock.
  • Maintain close liaison with various teams including Customer Service, Marketing, Sales Progression, After Sales, and external partners like mortgage advisors and solicitors.
  • Manage sales leads efficiently to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert knowledge on sites, locations, specifications, and products to effectively inform and sell to customers.
  • Assess customer eligibility and affordability in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare all sales packs and legal requirements prior to launch.
  • Explain complex terms such as service charges, estate charges, and conveyancing processes to customers.
  • Manage stock units on site to ensure optimal condition and presentation.
  • Lead on sales viewings, launches, and participate in Home Shows to promote sales products.
  • Report performance KPIs accurately and timely.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in real estate or similar sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations such as GDPR, money laundering, and property mis-descriptions.
  • Flexibility to work from different locations as required to drive sales and customer service.
