What You Will Do:

- Manage and track all new parts sourced through the company's Trading Division, ensuring operational readiness from start to finish.

- Collaborate with the International Packaging team to agree on inbound and outbound packaging specifications, ensuring optimal efficiency and sustainability.

- Maintain a central tracker with key attributes such as packaging details, weights, dimensions, and storage requirements to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

- Monitor and verify the first deliveries of new parts, ensuring they meet agreed specifications and implementing improvements where necessary.

- Lead launch review meetings, presenting progress and driving the status of new part readiness.

- Champion sustainability by reducing packaging-related CO2 emissions and driving innovative solutions.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or packaging roles, with a strong understanding of logistics processes.

- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement approach.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for tracking and managing processes.

- A results-driven attitude, demonstrating tenacity, initiative, and the ability to work independently to achieve goals.
