Night Production Operative

Job Description:

M4 Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Operative with experience operating heat seal/heat press machines to join our clients night shift team. You’ll play a key role in preparing and customising garments with client-specific logos and branding, ensuring each item is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heat seal / heat press machinery to apply logos, decals, and branding onto garments
• Accurately position and transfer logos onto a variety of garments, including PPE and customised workwear
• Inspect finished garments for quality, alignment, and durability of logo application
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety regulations
• Prepare garments for dispatch as part of the production workflow
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Ensure all work complies with client specifications and internal quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous production/warehouse experience is essential
• Proven experience operating heat seal or heat press machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to start immediately
