Join a dedicated rehabilitation hospital team supporting individuals with long-term mental health needs. In this role, you will:

• Provide person-centred support to service users with varying mental health conditions

• Assist with daily living activities, engagement, and recovery-focused interventions

• Monitor and document service user wellbeing, behaviours, and progress

• Support clinical staff with observations and care delivery

• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and respectful ward environment

• Encourage independence and empowerment through structured routines and activities

• Previous experience in a mental health rehab setting is essential

• Ability to manage challenging behaviour with empathy and professionalism

• Strong interpersonal and observational skills

• Right to work in the UK

• A flexible and reliable approach to shift work

This is a full-time locum position, with varied shift patterns depending on service requirements. The initial contract is for 3 months ongoing, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service need.
