• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Join our team as a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) within a Drug & Alcohol Team and play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and reviews for service users with substance misuse needs

• Independently running your own prescribing clinic

• Developing and monitoring personalised treatment plans, including substitute prescribing

• Working collaboratively with recovery workers and wider MDTs

• Ensuring safe prescribing practices aligned with national guidance

• Keeping detailed, accurate records in line with clinical and safeguarding requirements

• Current and valid NMC registration and NMP qualification

• Essential: Experience in substance misuse and drug & alcohol services

• Confident in managing and running clinics independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Possibility for some hybrid working

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The role is offered on a 3-month ongoing contract, with high potential for extension based on service demand and performance.
