Academics Ltd are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Nursery Assistant to join a warm and welcoming nursery setting in the Wirral area!

In this rewarding role, you'll be supporting the development, well-being, and daily routines of young children. You'll work both one-on-one and with small groups to help create a nurturing, engaging, safe learning environment where each child can grow and thrive.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in an Early Years or nursery environment.
• Communicates clearly and works effectively with children, staff, and parents.
• Is compassionate, patient, and confident providing emotional and physical support.
• Can help plan and deliver a stimulating early years curriculum.
• Understands how to support each child's unique needs, helping them feel secure, included and ready to learn.
