Job Title: Nursery Nurse (Level 3)

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Nurse (Level 3) to join our friendly nursery team in Southampton. The role is to start as soon as possible and offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the early development of children aged 0-5.

• As a Nursery Nurse you will provide high-quality care and learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• As a Nursery Nurse you will plan, deliver and evaluate age-appropriate activities that encourage growth and development.

• As a Nursery Nurse you will build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

• As a Nursery Nurse you will ensure a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment at all times.

• As a Nursery Nurse you will maintain accurate records, observations and assessments of children's progress.

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent).

• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting ideally as a Nursery Nurse.

• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for working with young children.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
