Nursery Nurse Practitioner

We are currently recruiting dedicated Nursery Practitioners to work in a variety of nurseries and early years settings across Huddersfield and surrounding areas. As a supply Nursery Nurse, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting children aged 0-5 years in line with the EYFS framework

• Providing safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments for learning and play

• Encouraging social, language, and physical development through structured and creative activities

• Supporting daily routines such as feeding, toileting, changing, and nap times

• Working closely with staff, parents, and carers to meet individual needs

• Promoting safeguarding and following nursery policies and procedures at all times

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework

• A warm, patient, and nurturing approach to working with young children

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
