Working Days: 5 days per week
Hours: Flexible, dependent on availability
Pay: £13.68 - £15 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team at an Infant School in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. This role is perfect for individuals who are committed to nurturing and developing young minds in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children in the early years setting.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the school.
