Job Title: Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education. The role is currently available on a temp-perm basis.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
