Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a nurturing and engaging environment for our little ones? We're looking for a dedicated Baby Room Leader to join our close-knit team in Croydon!

Your Role:
As a Baby Room Leader, you'll lead and inspire your team to provide the highest standard of care and learning for children aged 0-2 years. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating environment that supports each child's development and well-being.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified: Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Experienced: Proven experience in a similar role.
• Passionate: Enthusiastic about child development and early years education.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team management and organizational skills.
