The Role of a Nursery Room Leader :

• To oversee the day-to-day running of a school-based nursery setting within an independent bilingual school
• Manage and support a small team of staff

Requirements for a Nursery Room Leader:

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and commitment to high standards in early education
• Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a UK-based nursery or Early Years setting as a Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Manager
• A team player with some prior leadership or management experience
• English Russian bilingual or fluent or strong Russian speaking skills
• Other spoken languages would be an advantage
