Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Primary School – North London

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a successful and inclusive primary school located in the North London area, commencing in Mid April 2025.

The role

As a primary school Learning Support Assistant, you will be comfortable with providing in-class, one-to-one, and small group interventions for students in EYFS. It is essential to have a sincere enthusiasm for working with young individuals in this fulfilling setting. Your consistent effort will greatly impact the children's learning journey and personal development.

The ideal Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will:

• Be committed to the school’s high standards and ethos
• Be flexible and adaptable and enjoy working with young people.
• Have a good sense of humour and be compassionate
• Be a great communicator to pupils and staff
• Have prior relevant experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)
