What the Role Involves:

• Delivering a rich and engaging Early Years curriculum based on the EYFS framework

• Observing and assessing each child's progress to tailor teaching and support
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment where every child can flourish
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider school team
• Leading and collaborating with Nursery support staff to maximise impact

The Person We Are Looking For:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Early Years, ideally Nursery
• Has a deep understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum
• Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
• Shows passion for delivering engaging and purposeful learning experiences
• Is proactive, reflective, and eager to contribute to whole-school initiatives
• Is committed to nurturing every child's individual potential and wellbeing
