Academics are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and nurturing Primary School in Newport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment and make a real, meaningful impact on the early development of children.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Nursery-aged/Early Years children in their educational and development activities.
• Assist the class Teacher in delivering a stimulating and engaging curriculum
• Foster a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to children who need it most

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with Nursery or Early Years children
• A valid DBS certificate
• Registration with the EWC (Education workforce council)
• A passion for supporting children's early educational development
