Nursery Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school in Hackney from September 2025. This is a full-time role for the full academic year, working closely with the class teacher to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in the Early Years classroom

• Planning and leading small group activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Contributing to observations and assessments

• Creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment that supports every child's needs

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (essential)

• Recent experience working in a UK Early Years or Nursery setting

• A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early child development

• Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

• Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
