Key Responsibilities

• Support individual and small group learning for students with SEMH and SEND needs
• Encourage emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and social skills

• Build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider staff team
• Monitor and share observations to inform student progress
• Follow all safeguarding procedures and contribute to a safe learning space
