Are you a Band 3 Pharmacy Dispenser looking for a rewarding locum role in the West Midlands? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

• Job Title: Pharmacy Dispenser Band 3

• Location: West Midlands

• Duration: Minimum 6 months

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (30-minute break)

• Start Date: May 2025

• End Date: Ongoing

• Rate of Pay: £15.50 - £16.00 per hour (via umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our client's NHS Hospital pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Dispenser and play a key role in supporting the efficient running of the inpatient dispensary in a busy NHS hospital. In this role, you will:

• Assist in the accurate dispensing of medications to inpatients

• Work under the supervision of pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe pharmacy practice

• Support the pharmacy team with stock management and labelling

• Maintain clear and accurate records in line with NHS procedures

• Provide an excellent service to patients and colleagues

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (essential)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• Previous hospital experience preferred but not essential - full training provided

• A car driver is ideal due to the location

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with working hours of 9am-5pm. The contract will run for a minimum of 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service demand.
