What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for patients in the acute medicine, older person’s medicine, and general surgery departments.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving patient’s goals and improving their quality of life.
• Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Educate and support patients and their families on therapeutic processes and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal and internal requirements.
•  Ensure all services comply with HCPC guidelines and maintain high standards of clinical care.
