Pay rate £36 per hour
Contract role, Reablement Team

We are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist in Manchester
Details:

To achieve the best outcomes for Manchester citizens with a focus on planning, goal setting and ensuring outcomes are delivered in a timely manner.

The candidate must have experience in equipment and adaptations and goal setting.

There will be an opportunity to work closely with and deliver Goal setting training to Reablement support workers across the city.

The role is 35hrs per week, Monday to Friday (9am - 4:30). Must be a qualified Occupational therapist registered with the HCPC.

3 month post initially

This is a City wide role, therefore a car is essential - You will be based predominately at Trafford house and cover the south of the city. However will be required to cover North and Central as required. The role is Hybrid working. An office presence is required through the week but there will be regular opportunities to work from home to complete assessment documentation as agreed. When working from home, you must be available for any urgent/priority visits.

Hours are 09:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday.
