ODP - Bank Anaesthetic Work

Fortius Clinic London are looking to hire Theatre Practitioners and ODPs to join our internal staff Bank.

This is to work flexible shifts on an ad-hoc basis in our Surgical Centre in Marylebone, London.

You will be part of a dedicated theatre team, working from a state-of-the-art facility in London’s West End, providing comprehensive care to perioperative patients who have undergone day surgery.

Along with the rest of the theatre team, you will share responsibility for the organisation of the operating department, helping to ensure smooth, timely and efficient processes and procedures within a safe environment. You will promote safeguarding and risk management in respect of patients, employees and visitors.

• Registered Nurse/ODP.

• ILS/ALS Qualification (desirable).

• Significant post-qualification experience in surgical practise and orthopeadics.

• Evidence of clinical reasoning and sound decision-making skills across a varied patient case mix.

• Flexibility to work ad-hoc shifts on a regular basis in Marylebone.

• Ability to concentrate for long periods of time, reacting quickly in an emergency when required.

• Effective communicator with the ability to build professional relationships.
